We create unforgettable specialty cakes - custom designed for any occasion be it a Wedding, Birthday, Shower, Thanksgiving, Christmas or other event. We decorate your cake with unique and personalized designs using marzipan, chocolate and icing.

Our Cakes...

Celsa: Milk chocolate mousse with chunks of cheesecake on a sacher sponge, glazed with semi-sweet chocolate. Our signature cake!

Sacher Torte: Layers of chocolate sponge, chocolate ganache and raspberry coulis covered in a semi-sweet chocolate glaze. Always a rich and wonderful choice!

Fruit Charlotte: Ladyfingers encasing layers of vanilla sponge with fruit mousse topped with an assortment of freshly sliced fruits lightly coated with apricot glaze.

Delice aux Fruits: Vanilla sponge layered with a butter cream mousseline and seasonal fruits. Popular as a light summer cake.

Fruit Tarts: Sweet dough base filled with frangipan topped with berries, caramelized apple, pear, lemon curd and apricots, mixed nuts or suggestions from you!

Cheesecake: Usually the baked variety. This cake can come in a variety of flavours. Some examples are chocolate, mixed berry, pecan, lemon, lime, mange, passion fruit or cassals (black currant).

Tiramisu: Ladyfingers soaked with espresso coffee and a marscaponi cheese mixture then sprinkled with cocoa.

And if our decadent cakes and pastries are not enough to tempt your taste buds, we scratch-make rich truffles, tarts and macaroons as well. Our goodies melt oh so moorishly in your mouth - and all can be found daily in our bake shop.
