Patrice Cordier has been a patissier since the ripe old age of 14 in his native France. His many years of experience in Parisian pastry shops, bakeries and fine hotels around the world have formed him into a gifted artisan of chocolate, desserts and sugar art. Artisan aside, the baked goods and sweets Patrice prepares always taste so incredible!
